After some tiresome days of non-stop matches, CS 1.6 Amateur Cup 2008 and Team Fortress 2 Tournament have come to a close! A lot of teams came in with determination in their eyes, tactics and strategies in their every breath and in the end, to the victor goes the spoils. Subang Parade will be the centre of attraction again and this time it will be for The Orange Box Party! Featuring the first ever local Team Fortress 2 tournament, it will surely satiate the thirst of the FPS crowd. Not to forget our Counter Strike players, the CS 1.6 Amateur Cup 2008 tournament will also be under way. So don't forget to train up and get your crosshairs steady and dead centre on the competition. UPDATE (31/05/2008): CS 1.6 Amateur Cup start day is pushed to the 7th.

Multimedia University's Game Developer's Club (GDC) recently made a closed LAN tournament which was on the 30th December till the 2nd of December. They had a slew of inhouse tournaments. The tournaments that were held were for Counter Strike 1.6, Fifa 2008 and Dota.

For all you Counter-Strike 1.6 junkies out there, Blitzone will be the battlefield this coming 25th of November 2007! Sporting 2 tournaments, Blitzone CS 1.6 1vs1 Shoot-out and CS 1.6 Sniper King Shoot-out, it will one crazylicious day! So prep your gear and march towards Blitzone on that date to get some awesome tournament action going on.

The PC.COM Counter Strike 1.6 3 vs 3 Shoot-out! went with a bang! 22 teams participated and it was a non-stop shoot fest. For all the teams that participated, thank you for making the event a successful one. Check out the brackets by clicking 'Read More'!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled CS 1.6 Amateur Cup Season 2 which was to be held on 18th, 19th and 20th August during the Comiworld event, is postponed to a later date. In its place will be the GTI Racing Tournament. Any inconvenience caused is regretted. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

To better promote Counter-Strike among the gaming community in Malaysia, a separate ranking ladder has been tabulate for the Amateur teams. The purpose of this ranking ladder is for future Amateur Tournament seeding and will be seeded according to their rank.

Teams that participate in ACG/E-Club sanctioned Amateur Tournaments will be awarded points and ranked based on how they finish.

Hark to all Uni students of UPM, GTI Racing Event is coming your way. So it is time to brush up your PC driving techniques and show off in a course where it pays to have elite skills. The event will be from the 21st of July till the 25th of July and it will only be open to UPM students. Attractive prizes await the winners so make sure you apply for the tournament.

Starting from the 16th, which is this Monday untill the 18th will be a GTI Racing event at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Expect some road worthy skills being showcased for the fastest lap times and the most impressive speeds.
